Digital products or any Professional Services:

  • We do not issue refunds for digital products and/or professional services once the order is confirmed and the product is sent and/or professional service received. (See a complete list of our services here)

  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Hardware or physical products: 

We do not issue refunds for physical products/hardware after 60 days.  Once the order is confirmed and the product is sent, there is a re-stocking fee of 25% total sales cost.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving our products. Please DO NOT accept any shipped damaged boxes and/or hardware. Contact us immediately.
