Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Corporate Image Services LLC (CIS Agency). We strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions, professional services, and hardware that meet or exceed your expectations. Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our work, we have established the following refund and return policies.

 

Digital Products & Professional Services

All digital products (including websites, graphics, software, strategy documents) and professional services (including SEO, design, ad management, consulting, content writing, etc.) are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and work has begun or has been delivered in full or in part.

Due to the customized nature of our services, which involve time, intellectual labor, and digital delivery, we cannot reverse the time, strategy, or resources spent on your project.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or credits under the following conditions:

 

  • If you change your mind after services have begun

  • If you are dissatisfied due to a subjective reason (e.g., preferences, aesthetic differences)

  • If you fail to communicate necessary approvals, feedback, or access in a timely manner, which results in delays

 

Dispute Resolution:

We encourage open communication throughout the process and invite you to contact our team with any concerns during the project. Our goal is always a successful outcome. In rare cases where concerns arise, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust or revise the deliverables as outlined in your service agreement or scope of work.

 

Hardware & Physical Products

For physical products (such as signage, kiosks, or display systems), we offer limited returns under the following conditions:

 

  • No refunds after 60 days from delivery.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Returned items must be received in resellable condition. Damaged or used items will not be accepted for return or refund.

Important:

Do not accept any delivery with visible damage. If hardware arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately so we can process a claim and replacement.

Limitations of Liability

Corporate Image Services LLC is not liable for:

 

  • Client delays, inaction, or failure to provide timely feedback or approvals

  • Loss of business or revenue associated with delays or dissatisfaction with digital services

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products

Our responsibility is limited to the scope of the agreed-upon deliverables, and our liability will never exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
