Digital products or any Professional Services:
We do not issue refunds for digital products and/or professional services once the order is confirmed and the product is sent and/or professional service received. (See a complete list of our services here)

Hardware or physical products:
We do not issue refunds for physical products/hardware after 60 days. Once the order is confirmed and the product is sent, there is a re-stocking fee of 25% total sales cost.
