Job Description: Outside Territorial Sales  

Responsible to: General Manager

CIS Agency is a leading provider of digital marketing services, specializing in SEO, web development, social media management, and online advertising solutions tailored to help small businesses thrive. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative digital strategies to clients across various industries.

The Business Developer is our company’s primary source for new or potential customers. He or she works with the General Manager to determine a marketing plan and then implement it.

Main Objective and Position Overview

As a Territorial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within your designated territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their unique needs, and present customized digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals. This role involves both inbound and outbound sales activities, requiring a mix of prospecting, consultative selling, and account management skills.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the digital space today, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), search engines, and how to navigate through them.

  • Is able to use a laptop or similar device

  • Previous use of Salesforce or a similar CRM system

  • Is able to use Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience building and maintaining a client base through new business opportunities, renewal, and increase

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Strong work ethic and highly motivated to win

  • Self-starter and can work independently

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business needs and present CIS Agency's digital marketing solutions.

  • Prepared and delivered` persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously identifying and pursuing new leads.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and support promotional activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

  • Attend local networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and promote CIS Agency's services.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and advancements to provide clients with the best solutions.
