The Challenge

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, FQHR faced a decline in membership, participation, and event attendance.

The existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and unable to effectively communicate important updates, event schedules, or livestream access. This limited FQHR’s ability to engage with members and attract new participants.

Nichole Erickson, FQHR Board Member

"I joined a non-profit board to help rebuild after declining membership rates since COVID. One of the largest factors was a redesign of our website… We’re very grateful to CIS Agency for their amazing work and contribution in restoring our non-profit back to pre-COVID participation rates.”
